At Washburn: Has appeared in 38 games making 31 starts including the last 22 … has  recorded 255 tackles which is ninth on the all-time chart … has 133 solo tackles and 21 tackles for loss to go with eight sacks and two interceptions … has received the Ichabods’ Big Hit of the Week award 12 times.

In 2011: Finished second on the team with 112 tackles including a team-high 55 solo stops en route to second team all-MIAA honors starting all 13 games … named the John McGivern Outstanding Linebacker of the Year  …  recorded a career-high 17 tackles in the NCAA playoff game against Pittsburg State … had double-figure tackle totals in four games including the final three of the season … finished the year with 9.5 tackles for loss for 30 yards and four sacks for 18 yards … recorded interceptions against Truman and Fort Hays State … named the Ichabods’ defensive skill player of the week twice during the season and earned the Big Hit award five times.

In 2010: Started the final nine games of the season at inside linebacker after starting the first game on the outside … tied for the team lead with 91 total tackles including 40 solo stops … tallied 6.0 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks … also added eight pass break ups and a forced fumble … named honorable mention all-MIAA and was a two-time winner of the MIAA’s Defensive Player of the Week … recorded  14 tackles against Missouri Southern … had five double-digit tackle games … named the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week twice and received the Big Hit award six times during the season.

In 2009: Made nine starts playing in all 11 games recording 42 total tackles with 24 solo stops …also recorded 2.5 tackles for loss for five yards and knocked down three pass attempts … had eight tackles in the season opener against Colorado Mines on Aug. 29 with five solo stops and a tackle for loss … named the Ichabods defensive skill player of the week after recording five tackles at Nebraska Omaha … received the Big Hit award following the game with Truman.

In 2008: Recorded 11 tackles with five solo stops and six assisted tackles in two games before missing remainder of the season with injury … named the Ichabod defensive lineman of the week following the Missouri State game after recording eight tackles with four solo stops and three tackles for loss for nine yards and a sack for three yards in the win over the Bears … also named Ichabods’ special teams player of the week after the Colorado Mines game in the season opener … received a medical redshirt.

In 2007: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: As a senior he recorded 102 tackles, three sacks and an interception … had one receiving touchdown at tight end … named all-city, all-league and all-state as well as defensive most valuable player.
