Background: Was an honorable mention all-conference linebacker at Coffeyville Community College as a freshman after recording 83 tackles … recorded 19 tackles appearing in 10 games as a sophomore … at Salina South he was an all-state, all-league and all-county pick as a senior … was a state qualifier in wrestling as a junior and as a freshman.
