Background: Had 26 catches for 453 yards and eight touchdowns en route to Topeka Capital Journal all-city top 11 honors as well as first team all-league honors … as a junior he had 41 catches for 580 yards and seven touchdowns with first team all-city and all-league honors and was an honorable mention all-state pick … also finished third in the state wrestling meet setting school record for most pins in a season with 29 and most wins in a season with 41 … as a sophomore he finished third in state wrestling.
Personal: Son of Phil and Kim Williams … has two sisters, Rene and Alexis and a brother Jake … majoring in forensic investigation.
