At Washburn: Returns to a starting tight end position where he has started the last 24 games making 26 starts overall appearing in 35 games …has recorded 1,293 receiving yards with 91 receptions adding 17 touchdowns … ranks sixth in Washburn touchdown receptions and 14th in reception yards and 14th in pass receptions entering his senior season.

In 2012: Started all 11 games finishing with 38 receptions for 466 yards and three touchdowns en route to second team all-MIAA honors … had a career-high 106 receiving yards against Missouri Western on six receptions on 11/3 … tied a career-high with two touchdown catches against Southwest Baptist on 09/29 … named the Ichabod offensive skill player of the week against the Griffons.

In 2011: Started all 13 games recording 38 catches for 591 yards and eight touchdowns … had at least one catch in all 13 games … finished fourth on the team in receptions and receiving yards … had three catches for 50 yards and two touchdowns against Missouri Western … named honorable mention all-MIAA.

In 2010: Made two starts recording 15 catches for 236 yards and six touchdowns playing in 11 games … twice recorded three catches in a single game … had at least one catch in nine of the 11 games … was named the Ichabod Freshman of the Year … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

Background: At McCluer North High School, he was a first team all-league pick at tight end after recording 24 receptions for 292 yards and first team all-league honors at defensive end recording 34 tackles along with five sacks … was an honorable mention all-league selection at tight end as a junior and as a sophomore recording five catches for 113 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore while recording four sacks from his defensive end position … a four-year member of the honor roll.
