As a senior in 2025: Appeared in 22 games making six starts hitting .216 across 37 at-bats ... collected eight hits with six RBI while going 4-4 on stolen base attempts ... had a pair of multi-hit games including going 2-4 with three runs against Emporia State on April 12 ... made 20 putouts in the field ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll 

As a junior in 2024: Played in 37 games making 24 starts recording 22 hits with a pair of triples and 13 RBI while batting .265 with a .410 OB% ... went 5-6 on stolen base attempts ... with 2-4 with a double and a home run on April 7 at Newman ... had four multi-hit games one the year ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll  

In 2023: Earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention recognition ... played in 34 games and made 33 starts ... wrapped up the season with a .367 batting average 44 hits, six doubles, two triples, 27 runs scored, and 13 RBI ... received 27 free bases with 21 walks and six hit by pitches ... had a .477 on base percentage ... went 3-4 at Missouri Western (March 24) with a run scored and RBI ... earned MIAA Hitter of the Week honors (March 13) after batting .563 (9-16) with two walks and scoring eight times combined in four games while also going a perfect 5-5 in stolen bases ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and was an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In 2022: Started 26 of the 29 games he played ... finished the year batting .295 with 23 hits, two homers, four doubles, and a triple ... scored 25 times and recorded 16 RBI ... drew 15 walks and was hit 10 times ... hit his first collegiate home run at Northeastern State (March 14) and finished the day 2-5 with two RBI and three runs scored ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021: Made five appearances with one start ... went 2-3 at the dish in his collegiate debut on Feb. 20 at Regis ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A three-year member of the Shawnee Mission West baseball team … as a sophomore, he finished with a .303 batting average … also played three seasons of basketball.

Personal: Son of John and Karen McCollum … has one sister, Ali … majoring in mass media.
