At Washburn: A four-year member of the Ichabods, playing in 30 games gaining 764 rushing yards on 163 carries for an average of 4.7 yard per attempt with five touchdowns … also has 16 receptions for 99 yards and 17 kick returns for 294 yards … a four-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll 

In 2024: Played in all 11 games with seven starts … led the team with 453 rushing yards on 97 attempts while adding one touchdown … also had nine receptions for 64 yards … season-high 83 rushing yards with a touchdown in season finale against Northeastern State … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2023: Played in two games before missing the remainder of the season with an injury … had 10 rushes for 42 yards and three catches for 15 yards adding six kickoff returns for 96 yards totaling 153 all-purpose yards … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022: Appeared in 10 games gaining 174 yards on 38 carries with three touchdowns … had a season-high 49 yards on five carries at Northeastern State … averaged 17.0 yards per kickoff return on nine attempts and had a touchdown on a blocked punt at Fort Hays State … a three-time Ichabod Special Teams Player of the Week selection … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021: Saw action in seven games rushing for 95 yards on 18 carries averaging 5.3 yards per rush and one touchdown … also had one reception … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Finished senior season with 2,583 rushing yards in 11 games scoring 37 rushing touchdowns  at Tonganoxie setting a school single-season rushing record earning first team all-state, all-league and was a Super 11 Topeka Capital Journal and Kansas Football Coaches Association selection … also named the Frank Fontana Award as the best small-class high school player in the Kansas City area … broke the single season rushing record at Free State High School with 1,855 rushing yards during his junior campaign en route to all-state and all-league honors setting career scoring record … was league 100m championship as a sophomore.

Personal: Son of Mark and Shawna Bowden … a sister, Kayla … majoring in entrepreneurship and innovation.
