At Washburn: Has appeared in 35 career games making 23 consecutive starts recording 167 tackles with 76 solo stops … returning to a starting linebacker position.
In 2012: Finished second on the team with 77 tackles with 41 solo stops while starting all 11 games … added two interceptions returning them for 98 yards … also added 1.5 tackles for loss and five pass deflections … recorded a career-high 14 tackles against Missouri Western … named the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week two times.
In 2011: Started the final 12 games of the season playing in all 13 finishing fifth on the team with 83 tackles including four for loss … added seven pass break ups and three forced fumbles … named the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week after the Lincoln game … had 10 tackles in back-to-back games against Missouri Western and Emporia State … forced two fumbles against Pittsburg State during the regular season and was awarded the Big Hit honor twice during the season.
In 2010: Played in 11 games recording seven stops with three solo tackles … had a career-high two tackles against Nebraska Omaha with two solo stops.
In 2009: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named the Ichabods’ work team defensive player of the week prior to the Colorado Mines game.
Background: Named all-metro (St. Louis) and all-state at linebacker … an all-conference selection on both offensive and running back as well as linebacker … a four-time state qualifier in track taking a second place finish.
