In 2018: Started nine games playing in 10 before an injury ended his season early … was an honorable mention all-MIAA selection … had 42 tackles with 27 solo stops adding three tackles for loss for 11 yards with two interceptions and 12 pass break ups … also had two forced fumbles and a blocked kick … a two-time selection for the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2017: Finished second on the team with 82 tackles making 11 starts playing in all 12 games … had a career-high 16 tackles against Central Missouri adding 10 the week before against Fort Hays State … also had two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and four pass break ups … returned a fumble for a touchdown against Nebraska-Kearney … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2016: Played in 11 games making one start recording 15 tackles with 10 solo stops adding a tackle for loss and two interceptions for 47 yards and two pass break ups … returned one interception 47 yards for a touchdown at Missouri Southern … a two-time Ichabod special teams player of the week winner… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Was a two-year member of the Ichabod basketball team before joining the Ichabod football team … in football at Holcomb High School he was selected for the Kansas Shrine Bowl after earning first team all league at quarterback, defensive back and punt returner earning first team all-state honors at defensive back as a senior … he recorded 1, 093 career passing yards, 1,519 career rushing yards, 627 career receiving yards and 1,187 career return yards … also earned all-league accolades at defensive back and punt returner his junior year and was an honorable mention selection as a sophomore … averaged 15.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 3.7 steals per game as a senior leading his team to a 20-4 record earning first team all-state, all-area and all-league honors …as a junior he was a second team all-league and all-area honorable mention in basketball … his sophomore season he was an all-league honorable mention selection.
