Background: Prior to transferring to Fort Lewis for his junior season, Biggs was a second team NJCAA All-American after averaging 17 points and 5.8 rebounds per game helping Pima to a second-place finish at the national tournament … he was also a first team all-league, all-region and named the regional tournament's most valuable player scoring at least 20 points in 15 games … averaged 4.0 points a game in one season at Fort Lewis as a junior.
