At Largo High School, Colter earned first team all-conference and was named all-defensive team as well as playing in the Capitol Classic All-Star game earning public and private school all-star status … at Butler County, he was named honorable mention all-Jayhawk West Conference after averaging 10.2 points per game as a sophomore with 3.0 assists per game … he hit 45 of 121 field goal attempts which was 13th in the KJCCC … as a freshman, he again earned honorable mention all-west division honors while scoring 12.3 points per game with 4.0 assists per game … honorable mention all-American both seasons … earned first team all-defensive honors as a senior.
