In 2024-25: (cross country) Competed in six events recording a 19th-place finish at the NCAA Regional meet in a time of 31:05.8 on the 10K course and was 24th at the MIAA Championship meet in a time of 24:41.5 on the 8K course … finished 17th out of 382 runners at the Gans Creek Classic in a time of 24:47.7 … (track) competed in six events with three in both the indoor and outdoor season … finished second in the mile at the Washburn Rust Buster and had a personal best in the outdoor 5000m at the Woodman Classic at Wichita State in a time of 15:09.73 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: A transfer from Chadron State where he competed in two seasons of cross country …  as a freshman he competed in four meets including the NCAA Region Qualifier … had season best times of 19:37.6 in the 6k, 25:38.2 in the 8k and 34:14.9 in the 10k at the regional championships … had the 9th fastest 8k time in CSC school history … as a sophomore he competed in four meets placing 43rd at the regional meet … had season best times of 16:18.8 in the 5K, 26:18.3 in the 8K and 31:28.5 in the 10K … in track he did not compete as a sophomore in track and field and as a freshman he competed in eight meets … ran an indoor season-best time of 4:15.12 in the mile, 2:07.9 in the 800, and 8:24.95 in the 3000m … his mile time was the No. 2 time in school history and a new freshman record … his 3000m time was a school and freshman record … was an all-state selection in the mile at Rock Springs High School
