At Washburn: An All-American in cross country as a sophomore and a junior … owns the Ichabod program record in the indoor 3000m and has the second-best individual time in the indoor 5,000m and he has the outdoor 5,000m record and the 10,000m  record … a seven-time member of the MIAA Academic and MIAA Scholar Athlete Honor Rolls. 

In 2024-25 (cross country): Became Washburn's fourth All-American selection in cross country when he finishes 35th overall at the NCAA National Championships in Sacramento, Calif. … finished fifth at the NCAAs Central Regional earning all-region honors and was an all-MIAA finisher at the MIAA Championships finishing second in an 8K personal best time of 23:27.3 … placed sixth at the Lewis Crossover and at the season-opening 6K JK Gold Classic in a time of 18:23.0 for a 6K personal best … (track) competed in seven events during the track season finishing fourth at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the 5000m and was fourth in the 10,000m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships …  a member of the MIAA Academic and MIAA Scholar Athlete Honor Rolls.

In 2023-24 (cross country): Became Washburn's third All-American selection in cross country after finishing 28th at the NCAA Championships in a time of 30:09.2 … was an all-region selection after placing sixth at the NCAA Central Regional in a time of 30:07.2 and was an all-MIAA pick after placing eighth at the MIAA Championships in a time of 24:40.3 … (track): Competed in seven events during the track season setting the school record in the 10,000m in a time of 29:32.46 at the Bryan Clay Invitational en route to a sixth-place finish … won the MIAA title in the 10,000m to earn all-MIAA honors and was also all-MIAA after finishing third in the 5,000m at the conference championships … set the school record in the indoor 3,000m in a time of 8:17.37 … an all-region selection in the indoor 5,000m and the 10,000m by the USTFCCCA … a member of the MIAA Academic and MIAA Scholar Athlete Honor Rolls. 

Background: A transfer from Benedict who finished 50th overall out of 262 at the NCAA Division II Men's Cross Country National Championship during his freshman year in a time of 30:45.5 and won five individual titles during the season including the SIAC Cross Country Championships and finished fifth at the regional meet … during the track season at Benedict, he racked up seven individual titles including winning the 5,000m, the 10,000m and the 3,000m steeplechase at the SIAC Outdoor Championships en route to the SIAC's Cleve Abbott Award, presented to the top overall point scorer and was all-SIAC in four different events.
