In 2024-25: (cross country) Sat out the season as a redshirt (track) Competed in 11 events as a freshman and was part of distance medley relay team that finished fifth at MIAA Indoor Championships … placed seventh at the Rock Chalk Classic in the 800m and had best time in 800m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: As a senior he was the league, regional and state champion in the 800m while also taking first place in the 3200m and ws second in the 1600m in track and in cross country he finished 12th at the state cross country meet and was first in the league and second at the regional competitions … in football he was a first-team all-league and first-team all-state pick as a senior appearing in the 8-Man all-star game … as a junior he won the state championships in the 800m and 1600m also winning the league and regional meets placing first in the league and regional cross country meets finishing 14th at the state championships … as a sophomore in cross country he finished 10th at the state meet and was third at the regional and second at the league meet finishing second at the state track meet in the 800m and the 1600m and was part of third-place 4x800m relay team … also an all-league football selection as a junior and sophomore. 

Personal: Son of Phillip and Stacie … two brothers, Evan and Rilyn … a sister, Claire … majoring in kinesiology.
