At Washburn: Has competed in 14 events between cross country and track … has the 10th-best individual performance in program history in the 600y at 1:17.69.
In 2022-23: (cross country) competed in five events in the fall on the cross country team recording a season-best 21st-place finish at the Bearcat Open on the 7K course …finished with a season-best time of 28:23.9 at the MIAA Cross Country Championships … (track): Had a season-best 12th-place finish in the 1500m at the FHSU Francis Classic and a personal best in the 1500m at the SBU Invitational in a time of 4:11.91.
Background: Named all-city for cross country qualifying for the state meet and was a second-team all-league selection and first-team all-league selection in track and field in the 3200m winning the league title his senior season while qualifying for state in the 1600m, 3200m and the 4x800m relay squads … was also a nominee for Fall Athlete of the Year as a senior … as a junior he was named all-city in cross country and a state qualifier in track and field and cross country … qualified for the state meet as a sophomore in cross country.
