Background: A four-sport athlete in high school competing in cross country, track, basketball and baseball … finished fifth at the state cross country meet as a senior finishing first at the state qualifier … as a junior he finished fifth at the cross country state championships and he was 17th as a sophomore and 36th at the state meet as a freshman … in track he finished second in the 1600m at the state championship meet and was fifth in the 3200m also placing 21st in the 800m … as a junior he was fifth in both the 1600m and 3200m at the state meet and 19th in the 800m at the state championship and was part of fifth-place 1600m SMR relay as a senior.

Personal: Son of Greg and Marilyn Wagoner … two brothers, Ryan and Tyler … a sister, Sydni … majoring in finance.
