At Washburn: Has competed in 30 events between cross country and track and field … has the seventh-best time individual performance in the indoor mile and the fifth-best time in the 3000m … the school record holder in the 3000m during the outdoor slate … a seven-time combined member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2024-25 (cross country): Participated in four events finishing a season-best 18th at the JK Gold Classic in a time of 18:38.84 on the 6K course … had a season-best time of 25:00.9 on an 8K course at the Gans Creek Classic finishing 33rd (track) competed in the Washburn Alumni Invitational in the indoor season and finished fifth … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2023-24 (cross country): Competed in four events finishing a season-best 36th at the MIAA Cross Country Championships with a personal-best time of 25:49.5 on an 8K course … finished 64th at the NCAA Central Regional Championships … (track): Competed in nine events during the indoor and outdoor season recording an indoor season-best third-place finish in the 5000m at the Ichabod Invitational in a personal best time of 14:48.53 and finished third in the 3000m at the WU Open in a time of 8:34.11 for another personal best … had an outdoor best in the 1500m at the ESU Midwest Classic in a time of 3:55.23 … set the school record in the 3000m at the SBU Invitational in a time of 8:44.78 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23: Joined the Ichabods for the indoor season in the spring semester … overall competed in eight events placing a season-best sixth in the 1500m in the outdoor season in a time of 3:59.51 … part of the seventh-place DMR time at the MIAA indoor championships … has the fourth-best individual performance in the 3000m in a time of 8:35.63 and the fifth-best individual mark in the 1500m in a time of 3:56.64. 

Background: As a junior in 2021 placed second in the Mid Lancs league after placing sixth, eighth, fourth, and fourth in races counting toward season total … placed 173^rd at National Cross Country Championships … 2020 season was canceled because of COVID … in 2019 competed in Manchester Cup also competing in high jump … ran several road races as well.

Personal: Son of Thomas and Katharine Cossham … a sister, Zander, a brother, Carlo … enrolled in the MBA program at Washburn.
