In 2018 (cross country): Finished a season-best third place at the SBU Invitational in a time of 22;53.35 for the 7K course …placed 25th at the MIAA Championships in a time of 26:43.80 in the 8K run. (Track and Field) Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: At Allen County, he won the conference championship as a sophomore and named the most valuable runner for the Red Devils … team was regional and conference champs his sophomore year and finished fourth at nationals all sophomore season … as a freshman, he finished fifth at nationals in the 10K … at Bishop Carroll, he placed second at the state track and field meet in the 3200 and fourth in the 1600 and was eighth at the state cross country meet as a junior … his sophomore season he was fourth at the state cross country meet and finished third in state in the 3200m and fourth in the 4x800m relay.   

Personal: Son of John and Mary Becker … majoring in physical education.
