Jake Glass is in his first season as an assistant coach on the Ichabod track and field teams. He will Coach the throws.

Glass is a 2020 graduate of Ashland University where he was a four-year member of the track and field team graduating with a bachelor's of science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. While a member of the Ashland track and field team, he was a three-time qualifier for the NCAA Division II national championships in the shot put going twice in 2018 in both the indoor and outdoor championships and was also a qualifier at the 2019 outdoor championships.

At Ashland, he was a member of the 2019 men's outdoor national championship team and part of the 2018 team that finished fourth.

Individually he finished 12th in the shot put at the 2019 NCAA outdoor championships earning second team all-American honors. He was also a 2019 USTFCCCA all-region selection and was the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's 2019 outdoor champion.

He is a native of Louisville, Kentucky.
