In 2023-24 (cross country): Became the second Ichabod to earn All-American honors after finishing a program-best 22nd at the NCAA Division II Championships in a time of 29:57.2 … an all-region honoree after placing fourth at the NCAA Central Regional Championships with a program-record 29:53.8 on the 10K course … the individual champion at the MIAA Championships in a time of 24:01.0 … also finished 13th at the Chile Pepper Festival and was eighth at the Missouri Southern Stampede … (track): competed in five events during the outdoor season … earned all-MIAA honors after finishing third at the MIAA Championships in the 10,000m in a time of 30:05.14 … finished fourth at the MIAA Championships in the 5,000m in a time of 14:42.72 … an all-region selection in the 10,000m by the USTFCCCA … an MIAA Scholar Athlete and a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23 (cross country): Led the Ichabods in five events en route to all-MIAA and USTFCCA All-Region honors … finished third at the Gans Creek Invitational at Missouri in a time of 24:36.7 … finished sixth at the UAH Charger Invitational in a time of 23:46.90, the fastest time by an Ichabod individual in program history by 23 seconds … finished 11th at the MIAA Championships to earn all-MIAA honors and was 20th at the NCAA Central Regional in a 10K time of 30:05.10, the fastest 10K individual performance in program history by nine seconds … placed 54th at the NCAA Championship meet … (track): Earned all-MIAA honors by finishing third in the 10,000m during the MIAA Outdoor Championships and was second in the 5,000m at the UCM Mule Relays during the outdoor season … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and a MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In 2021-22 (cross country): Earned 14th place with a new personal best 25:08.60 running time in the 8K at the MSSU Stampede ... had a running time of 30:14.20 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional which is the top 10K time in program history … (track): had a PR in the 10,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with the time of 30:33.10 … finished fifth in the 10,000m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 30:49.57 … finished 11th in the 5000m in the MIAA Indoor Championships with a PRs of 14:37.31 and in the 3000m in a time of 8:34.53 ... received MIAA Academic Honor Roll and Scholar Athlete honors.

In 2020-21 (cross country): Earned sixth place with a running time of 25:15.5 at the Newman Teams Championships in the 8K, a new career record… placed 11th at the DII National Invitational in the 10K with a running time of 32:38.42 … (track): did not run during the indoor season … recorded a personal best in the 1500m at the SBU Invitational with a time of 4:12.67 and finished 14th in the 5000m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships … named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2019 (cross country): Finished 12th at the Bearcat Invite on the 7K course in a time of 24:11.90 … finished 22nd at the MSSU Stampede with a time of 25:38.00 and was 33rd at the MIAA Championships ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.  (track) … placed 16th at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the 5000m run in a time of 15:18.36 … outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Ran for the Nairobi Regional cross country squad in 2018 and 2019.
