At Washburn: Has competed in 14 events overall as an Ichabod … is the school record holder in the javelin and has six of the top 10 marks in program history  … a three-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing. 

In 2025-26: Entered in four events during the outdoor season finishing a season-best fourth at the PSU Suenram Gorilla Classic with a school-record throw in the javelin of 60.60m (198-10) … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

In 2024-25: Had five top-10 finishes in the javelin in six events … set the school record in the javelin in his first collegiate meet at 59.99m (196-10) at the ESU Relays … has the top two and five of the top 10 individual javelin marks in program history … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

Background: Finished seventh at the state championships as a senior after winning the regional meet recording six individual titles … regional champion in the javelin as a junior and finished 13th at the state meet … a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Conni Suther … a sister, Peyton … majoring in nursing … sister competed it javelin at Pittsburg State and father played baseball at Rockhurst and Allen County.
