At Washburn: Has competed in 62 events … has the third-best individual performance in the indoor weight throw in program history and the sixth-best mark in the shot put … during the outdoor slate he has the second-best mark in the discus and the hammer throw and the sixth-best mark in the shot put in individual performances … a 10-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23: Earned second-team All-American honors by finishing 12th in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships … finished fifth at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the discus scoring four team points … finished eighth in the weight throw at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a personal-best of 18.18m (59-07.75) … won the Concordia Twilight discus throw with a personal-best mark of 52.97m (173-09)  … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22: Placed seventh in the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the discus with a PR of 50.53m (165-09) … had a PR in the weight throw at the Bearcat Invitational with an indoor mark of 17.79m (58-04.50) … had 18 top-10 performances overall … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020-21: Finished seventh in the hammer throw at the UCM Kennedy Invite with a personal bests of 52.53m (172-04), ninth in the discus at Pitt State at 49.22m (161-06) and sixth in the shot put at 15.24m (50-00.00) at the Woodman Classic …  had a pair of sixth-place finishes in the shot put and the weight throw at the MIAA Rust Buster to open the indoor season … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2019-20: Recorded the fifth-best weight throw mark in program history at 16.12m (52-10.75) with a 13th-place overall finish … finished sixth at the Kansas State Open … outdoor season canceled due to COVID 19 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2018-19: Recorded a season-best seventh-place finish at the West Texas A&M Classic in the hammer throw with a mark of 43.00m (141-01) setting a PR … placed eighth in the discus at the Woodman Classic and had a PR in the discus at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 47.04m (154-04) … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: As a senior he was a first team all-city, all-league and all-state setting school record in the discus also earning first team all-city, all-league and all-state honors in football at defensive end … as a junior he was an all-league, honorable mention all-city and all-state pick in track and honorable mention all-city in football … a USATF National Qualifier in the discus and hammer throw as a member of the Northeast Kansas Track Club.

Personal: Son of Russell and Krisha Miller … has a brother Jacob … majoring in biology/pre-med.
