In 2018 (cross country): Finished a season best fourth in the 7000m run at the SBU Invitational in a time of 22:55.09 …placed 21st at both the 5000m MSSU Stampeded and the 10,000m NCAA Regional … (Track and Field) … placed eighth in the 5000m in the at the MIAA Outdoor Championships picking up a team point … recorded a season-best time in the 5000m at the Gorilla Classic in a time of 14:55.54 during the indoor season.

In 2017-18: Joined the Ichabods for the spring season after transferring from Iowa State … finished seventh at the Woodman Classic in the 5000m run in a time of 15:26.48 and took 22nd in the 1500m at the ESU Relays.

Background: A transfer from Iowa State where he competed for the Cyclones helping them to their first Big 12 title finishing 41st overall in a time of 25:03.5 … ran in the “B” race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational … top Iowa State finisher in that race, taking 56th in a time of 25:54 … Competed at the Hawkeye Invitational in his first race as a Cyclone, finishing 29th, running the 6k course in 18:53.5 … before joining Iowa State, he competed for two seasons at Allen County Collegiate … qualified for the NJCAA D1 Indoor and Outdoor Track National Championships in 2016 and 2017 … in 2017, finished third in the 10,000 for outdoor, while taking fifth in the 5000 for indoor… qualified for both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the 2016 Outdoor National Championships, finishing 19th and ninth, respectively… finished fifth in the indoor 3000 and 16th in the 5,000 … in high school he was a four-time Kansas Class 6A State Cross Country qualifier… finished 11th in 2014… three-time Kansas Class 6A Track Championships qualifier in the 3200…seventh-place finisher in the 2015, sixth place in 2014 and 13th place in 2013… ran for Wichita North High School.
