At Washburn: Competed in 22 events as an Ichabod … has the second-best 400m hurdle individual performance in program history and the sixth-best 110m hurdles time … a three-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2024-25: Earned all-MIAA honors at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a third-place finish scoring six team points in the 400m hurdles in a personal best time of 52.57 which was second on the MIAA record book … competed in 12 events overall … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll in both indoor and outdoor and an MIAA Scholar Athlete in outdoor.

In 2023-24: Had a season-best third-place finish in the 110m hurdles in a personal-best tie of 15.45 at the ESU Midwest Classic … also recorded a personal best in the 400m hurdles in a time of 54.49 at the same event … finished seventh in the 60m hurdles in the season-opening WU Alumni Invite in a time of 8.75 and had a personal best time of 8.68 at the Ichabod Invitational … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: As a senior he broke the school record in the 300m hurdles and was the regional champ for both the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles finishing fourth at the state meet in the 300m and sixth at the 110m hurdles earning all-league honors … placed second in the 110m hurdles as a junior qualifying for the state championships as a junior … as a sophomore he finished sixth in the 110m hurdles at the regional meet … a member of the academic honor roll.

Personal: Son of Dustin and Jessica Baxter … a sister, Katelyn … undecided on major.
