In 2016-17: Recorded the second-fastest time in school history in the 400m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in a time of 52.12 … part of 4x100m relay team who set school record at the ESU Invite in time of 43.02 … set school record in 400m at PSU Crimson/Gold Invite during indoor season in time of 52.96 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and MIAA Academic Excellence listings.

Background: A state qualifier in the 400m as a senior who finished second at regionals and was second in both the 200m and 400m … also ran cross country … as a junior he was a second team all-league pick in cross country and a state track and field qualifier in the 4x400m relay and was the league champion in the 400m … was Rose Hill's representative for te Wendy's High School Heisman award.
