At Washburn: Has competed in 44 events as an Ichabod with 25 top-10 finishes … has the second-best mark in program history on the indoor record charts at 4.90m (16-00.75) and five of the top seven jumps overall … during the outdoor he is ranked third all-time at 4.80m (15-09.00) with three of the top six jumps in school history.

In 2023-24: Competed in seven events finishing a season-best second at the WU Alumni Invite clearing 4.66m (15-03.50).

In 2022-23: Returned from an Achilles injury to compete in seven outdoor season events placing a season-best fifth at the Alex Francis Classic with a mark of 4.71m (15-05.50) … competed as an unattached competitor during the indoor season.

In 2021-22: Won the Washburn Alumni Invitational and set a indoor personal best in the pole vault at 4.90m (16-00.75) recording five top-five finishes during the indoor season … missed the outdoor season with an injury.

In 2020-21: Had a season-best mark at the Ichabod Invitational during the indoor season with a second-place jump of 4.88m (16-00.00) … jumped 4.80m (15-09.00) at SBU Invitational in only action of outdoor season.

In 2019-20: Recorded the school record in the indoor pole vault at 4.87m (15-11.75) at the Tjeerdsma Classic finishing second place … took third at the Bearcat Open and finished 10th at the MIAA Indoor Championships … outdoor season canceled due to COVID 19. 

In 2018-19: Finished second at the Lion Open during the indoor season with a mark of 4.66m (15-03.50) and had an indoor-best mark of 4.58m (15-04.25) at the Jayhawk Classic … had two third-place finishes in the outdoor season recorded a season-best jump of 4.71m (15-05.50) setting a school record.

Background: State champion in the 6A pole vault at the state meet as a senior with a mark of 15.00 while also winning regional and league titles … cleared 15-6 as a senior at the Joe Schrag Invitational … finished fourth in state in the pole vault winning both regional and league championships.

Personal: Son of Larry and Laurie Chandler … majoring in kinesiology.
