Elle Hutchinson is in her third season as the assistant coach on the Ichabod coaching staff.

Hutchinson most recently served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Kansas Wesleyan from 2011-2014 where she primarily worked with catchers, hitters, and pitchers. The Coyotes were the 2013 KCAC regular season and tournament champions.

Hutchinson is a Topeka native and graduate of Washburn Rural High School where she was a four-time All-League and All-City selection under head coach Brenda Holaday.

A 2009 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Hutchinson played at the catcher's position for the Jayhawks and was team captain from 2007-09. Hutchinson earned her Master's of Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2014.

Hutchinson resides in Ozawkie, Kan.
