Riley Stephens is entering her first season on the Ichabod coaching staff serving the 2024-25 season as a student assistant coach while finishing her kinesiology degree at Washburn. During the 2024 season, Stephens appeared in 17 games making nine starts scoring three times with a .267 batting average while driving in four runs and was a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
Prior to joining the Ichabods, Stephens started collegiate career at Southern Mississippi where she saw action in 30 games in two seasons and started two games as a freshman. She earned two CUSA academic medals and was on the USM Dean's and President's academic lists both seasons. At Prosper High School, she helped her team to the playoffs three times and a district championship as a freshman and was also a three-time academic all-district selection.
She is daughter of Brandon and Christina Stephens and has two siblings, Cole and Olivia.
