Returns to the field after sitting out the 2016 season … has started 89 of 91 career games recording 85 hits with 60 runs scored, 16 home runs, 59 RBI and 14 doubles … a two-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore in 2015
Batted .299 with 46 hits and 32 runs scored with 10 home runs and 34 RBI en route to honorable mention all-MIAA honors starting 50 games … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll … recorded four outfield assists and was second on the team with 11 home runs adding 48 hits, four doubles and 35 RBI, which were second on the team.

As a freshman in 2014
Recorded a .296 batting average in 125 at bats scoring 27 runs with 37 hits and a team-high 10 doubles … had a season-high 4 RBI against Northern State … finished with five home runs and four outfield assists with 52 putouts driving in 24 runs … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.  

Background
Named first team all-league and second all-state in softball and was the league champion in the 100m hurdles as a senior … as a junior she was a first team all-league pick in softball and won the 100m hurdles at the regional meet … won the 100m hurdles as a sophomore at the regional meet and was a first team all-league pick as a freshman. 

Personal
Daughter of Chris and Mary Erickson … majoring in athletic training … sister Shelby wrapped up her Ichabod softball career in 2014 and her brother Chris played baseball at Cloud County Community College.
