Biography

At Washburn: Has made 137 starts playing in 177 games collecting 109 hits, scoring 52 runs with 11 home runs and 86 RBI … a four-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and a two-time selection on the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

In 2025: Started all 52 games behind the plate finishing second on the team with 38 RBI and seven home runs … scored 23 runs with 49 hits and 12 doubles  … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll 

In 2024: Started 33 games playing in 51 games collecting 32 hits with nine doubles while driving in 29 drawing 11 walks … had a career-high four hits against Maryville on March 3 … drove in career-high four runs against Wayne State and Missouri S&T … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll

In 2023: Appeared in 39 games making 32 starts at catcher collecting 16 hits with three doubles and two home runs … one home run was a walk-off two-run homer against Emporia State on senior day giving the Ichabods a 3-1 win in the home finale … raised her batting average to .256 in MIAA … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

In 2022: Played in 35 games making 20 starts … drove in nine runs with two doubles and scored seven times … 12 hits overall with eight walks and two sacrifice flies … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

Background: Finished prep career with a 142-4 record with three state championships … a second team Nebraska all-super state selection as a senior after batting .443 with five home runs and 33 RBI adding second team all-class all-state honors helping team to a 36-0 record winning state, metro and district titles finishing prep career on a 72-game winning streak while being ranked No. 1 in the nation … as a junior she was a first team all-state pick by the Lincoln Journal Star and a second team all-state selection by the Omaha World Herald and was an all-metro, NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete and an academic all-state selection after hitting eight home runs with 44 RBI as the Monarchs won the state title with a 36-0 record … as a sophomore she was an all-state, all-metro and all-league honorable mention selection as well as an NFCA All-American Scholar after batting .346 as team finished second in the state tournament … as a freshman she was an all-state honorable mention selection and all-metro after recording a .329 batting average as team won state, metro and district championship … club team finished fourth at the 18U ASA national tournament and was the Team 1 Elite Club national champion and the PDF State Champions.

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Beth Wagner … a sister, Lacie … majoring in finance.
