Biography

In 2024-25 (football): A unanimous first-team all-MIAA honors at wide receiver and honorable mention all-MIAA accolades as a return specialist … ranked ninth in the nation and second in the MIAA in all-purpose yards averaging 146.5 yards per game … also 16th in total receiving yards with 983 and 18th in receiving yards per game with 87.4 in the national rankings … his 18.8 yards per reception was second in the MIAA and 23rd in the national rankings … finished third in the MIAA in receiving touchdowns with 11 … as a kick returner, he was third in the MIAA in average yards per return at 24.1 on 16 attempts …  led the Ichabods in scoring with 66 points finishing 10th in the MIAA overall.

Background: In one season at Hutchinson Community College, he finished the year ranked No. 2 in the nation with a 27.1-yard average on kickoff returns and No. 2 with a 16.2-yard average on punt returns … he returned one kickoff and two punts for touchdowns finishing the season with 1,332 all-purpose yards en route to first-team NJCAA Division I all-American honors as a return specialist and first-team all-KJCCC honors on special teams picking up two NJCAA National Player of the Week honors and three KJCCC Player of the Week awards .… at Highland Park, he was named the 2023 Topeka Shawnee County Male Athletes of the Year and was a four-sport athlete at Highland Park, earning first-team All-Shawnee County recognition in football, basketball and track … he led the Scots in 2022, helping Highland Park rushing for 1,964 yards and 27 touchdowns and caught 40 passes for 1,079 yards and 15 TDs … in basketball, he helped Highland Park to a 24-1 record and finished third in the Class 5A state tournament he averaged 16 points, four rebounds, four assists and four steals … on the track he scored 33 points at the Class 5A state track and field championships, winning a pair of state titles while adding second and fourth-place finishes winning the 100m (10.73 seconds) and long jump (23-04.50), finished second in the triple jump (46-05.75) and fourth in the 200m (22.49).
