Damien “Dame” Fulp begins his first season as a member of the Ichabod women’s basketball coaching staff for the 2023-24 season after working as a basketball teacher where he developed the skills of athletes at the High School, Division 2, Division 1, and professional levels.

Fulp is from Kodiak, Alaska where he was a first team all-state selection before eventually beginning his college career at the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2014. He finished his collegiate career at The King’s University in Edmonton, Alberta Canada in 2020 and graduated with a bachelor’s in Business Commerce. After graduation he worked for non-profit organizations in both Alaska and Washington where he developed basketball and life skills for athletes of all ages.

In 2023 Fulp attended the Committed to the Craft Conference in San Diego where he learned from LA Lakers Assistant Coach, Phil Handy, Miami Heat Shooting Coach, Rob Fodor, and other high level basketball teachers such as Phil Morrison and Ganon Baker. While in Washington, he also assisted in off-season training for the 4A State Runner Up Olympia boy's basketball program and worked alongside some of the premiere coaches in Washington.

He lives in Topeka, Kan. with his fiance Lily Hope.
