Erika (Lane) Yoder enters her first season as a member of the Washburn coaching staff in 2017-18, after spending the previous three seasons playing for head coach Ron McHenry.
During her playing career, Yoder started 69 of 79 games for Washburn and averaged 29.8 minutes a game. The Topeka native shot 40.3 percent from the field and 33.7 percent from the 3-point distance and averaged 9.2 points a game.
She finished as the program's all-time leader in free throw percentage (.840) while earning top 25 spots all-time in assists per game (13th, 2.8), 3-point percentage (18th), total assists (23rd, 225) and defensive rebounds per game (24th, 2.9). Yoder is a two-time All-MIAA selection, was a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and was named team MVP following the 2016-17 season.
