At Washburn: Has competed in 11 events as an Ichabod between cross country and track … has the seventh-fastest individual performance in the 800m in the program history during the indoor season …  a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

In 2024-25: (Cross country) Competed in four events during the season finishing a season-best 58th at the JK Gold Classic in a time of 20:24.5 on the 5K course … had a best-time of 24:57.0 on a 6K course at the Gans Creek Classic (track) Competed in seven events during the track season … finished 13th in the 800m at the Washburn Rust Buster during the indoor season and was 12th in the 1500m at the Kansas Relays … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the MIAA Academic Excellence listing.

Background: As a senior she finished 14th at the cross country regional and placed 39th at the state championship meet and finished 50th as a junior at the state meet after placing 25th at the regional meet … placed 34th at the state cross country meet as a sophomore after finishing 11th at the regional meet … during the track season she was fifth in the 1600m as a senior at the regional meet finishing seventh in the mile run at the Oklahoma Indoor Championships and was 10th in the 800m at the regional meet as a junior.

Personal: Daughter of Andrew and Jessica Ross … a brother, Evan … her father played baseball at College of the Ozarks … majoring in kinesiology.
