Washburn University Athletics

Jessica Hillebert enters her eighth season as an assistant coach in 2025 on the Ichabod coaching staff for her collegiate coach Davy Phillips. 

While on the Washburn staff the Ichabods have gone 79-50-12 (.603) and Hillebert has helped Washburn to two NCAA Tournament appearance, two MIAA Regular Season Championships and a NCAA Central Region Championship. She has coached seven All-MIAA first team selections, two USC All-Americans and one D2CCA All-American.  

Hillebert played four years at Baker University, three of those years under Phillips, where she became a two-time NAIA All-American as a defender. She was part of two Wildcats teams that made the NAIA National Tournament, making it to the second round in 2015 and the national semifinal in 2016. 

Hillebert played in 77 total games at Baker University, scoring three career goals and adding six career assists. 

As a native of Topeka, Kansas, Hillebert graduated from Seaman High School in 2011. She graduated from Baker with a degree in Business Management.
