Terry Denker is in his third season as a volunteer assistant on the Lady Blues coaching staff after coaching youth soccer in the Topeka area for the past 18 years. He holds a USSF ‘D’ license and has coached both boys and girls independent premier teams to a combined 408-228-124 (.618) record.
During his coaching career, he has coached 26 all-state players, 45 all-region players, and 28 players who have gone on to collegiate soccer careers. Denker was named the 2004 Adidas Kansas Youth Soccer Girl’s Coach of the Year by the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association.
He is a 1975 graduate of Kansas State University and received his Masters from the University of Kansas in 1990. Terry and his wife, Mary, have three children and reside in Topeka.
