Tia Stovall

Tia Stovall was named assistant soccer coach for the Ichabods on July 14, 2016. Previously Stovall served as a graduate assistant coach during the 2013 season.

Stovall was a four-year member of the Ichabods wrapping up her career in 2012. She started 61 of 72 career matches played scoring 13 goals with 16 assists. Stovall finished her career second in all-time match winning-goals with six and her 16 career assists was third in school history. 

Stovall finished at Washburn fifth in assists per match, seventh in total points with 42 and ninth in career goals at Washburn. 

Academically, she was a four-time second team all-MIAA selection and was a four-time member of the MIAA’s academic honor roll and a three-time member of the MIAA’s all-scholar team. 

Stovall graduated from Washburn in 2014 with her degree in education. Her sister Olivia is a redshirt sophomore on the Washburn soccer team.

After graduation, Stovall worked as a Kindergarten through fifth grade reading and math interventionist and then taught fourth grade for one year. Stovall also coached a U12 club team as well.
