Earned honorable mention all-MIAA after making 17 starts appearing in all 20 matches recording three shots with one on goal playing 1,433 minutes overall … played 105 of 110 minutes in Washburn's MIAA Tournament shootout win over Nebraska-Kearney.

As a senior she was a first team all-state, all-region and all-league forward and selected to play in an all-star game … was a first team all-league pick and all-area honorable mention selection in basketball as a senior … earned first team all-league honors as a defender as a freshman as well as second team all-region honors as her team won the league title and her basketball team was the substate and league champs … as a sophomore she was a first team all-league selection as a forward and a second team all-region pick as well as the Bullpups won another soccer league title … part of the third-place state basketball team and league champions … as a junior she was a first team all-league pick as a forward and a first team all-region selection as a forward earning second team all-state honors … part of a basketball squad which won the state championship finishing the season 25-1.

Daughter of Chris and Kristin Ruder … majoring in physical therapy … father played baseball at Colby Community College and her mother ran track at Fort Hays State.
