In 2018-19: Had 13 top-10 finishes during the season … had a PR in the 400m hurdles at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:04.64 … finished seventh in the 600-yard at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a time of 1:26.94 … placed fourth in the 600m at the Graduate Classic in a PR time of 1:40.68.

In 2017-18: Had a season-best time in the 600-yard run at the MIAA Indoor Championships finishing 11th in a time of 1:26.93 … placed eighth in the same event at the K-State Dodds Invite in a time of 1:28.96 and was fifth in the 600y at the UCM Invite in a time of 1:29.80 … had a career-best time in the 400m in the outdoor season at the Kansas Relays in a time of 1:00.96 … part of the seventh-place team at the MIAA Outdoor Championships which broke the school record in a time of 3:55.05.

In 2016-17: Finished second at the MSSU Indoor Invite in the 400m and set the school record in the 400m in a time of 59.40 … owns the four fastest indoor 400m times in school history … part of 4x400m school record relay team in time of 4:05.89 … took fourth in the 400m hurdles at the ESU Relays has five of the top eight times in the 400m hurdles in program history and part of 4x100m and 4x400m record holding relay teams … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2015-16: Played one season of tennis for the Ichabods recording a 10-14 singles record as a freshman including a 4-1 mark at No. 5 singles … went 4-4 in doubles … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Won state championship as a junior … four-time conference champion at singles … qualified for state in singles as a sophomore … team took third at state in 2012-13 … runner-up in 4x400 at state track championship as a freshman … took third at state track championships as a junior in the 4x400 and as a sophomore in the 4x200 … four-year letterwinner in tennis and track and field and lettered one year in diving.

Personal: Daughter of Penny and Brad Krause … majoring in kinesiology … has two sisters, Alex and Laura.
