At Washburn: Has competed in 15 events as an Ichabod … has the fourth-best individual performance in the 300m and the ninth-fastest performance in the 400m during the indoor season … has the sixth-best individual performance in the 400m during the outdoor season … a two-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2025-26: Entered 11 events during the season finishing a season-best fourth in the 300m at the Washburn Rust Buster in a personal-best time of 40.78 … was also seventh in the 200m and the 400m at the Pitt State Rumble in the Jungle in personal-best times of 25.31 and 58.68 … part of third-place finishing 4x400m relay and DMR squads at the MIAA Indoor Championships earning all-MIAA honors in both events.

In 2024-25: Competed in four events during the outdoor season sitting out the indoor season … finished fifth at the ESU Midwest Classic in the 200m and was ninth in the 400m … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Competed in the 200m, 400m and 800m as well as cross country as a senior as team qualified for the Penn Relays and also qualified for the World Relays Junior competition placing third overall … ran a time of 59.7 in the 400m and a 25.6 in the 200m as a senior … placed first in the 400m at the Bahamas Nationals as a freshman in the U13 category … also competed in swimming.

Personal: Daughter of Kendal Knowles and Shanti Malcom … a brother, Kaelen … a sister, Kailee … majoring in nursing.
