At Washburn: A three-year member of the Ichabod basketball team prior to joining the Ichabod track program … has the seventh-best individual time in the indoor 400m and 600y races … a six-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll between track and basketball.

In 2024-25: Competed in one event during the indoor season before graduation finishing fourth in the 600y with a personal best of 1:29.92 at the Washburn Alumni Invite … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2023-24: Appeared in eight events as a member of the track team … had a season-best time in the indoor season in the 400m with a time of 58.43 at the Ichabod Invitational … had an outdoor best in the 400m at the ESU Midwest Classic finishing seventh in a time of 58.63 … part of the 4x400m fourth-place team at the MIAA Outdoor Championship in a time of 3:46.89 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23: Played in 26 games as a member of the women's basketball team making five starts, averaging 10.2 minutes per game ... finished the season averaging 2.3 rpg and 1.5 ppg ... scored a season-high 10 points against Haskell (Nov. 23), shooting 4-of-6 from the floor and making both free throw attempts ... she also was two rebounds shy of a double-double in that game finishing with eight boards, five of which were offensive ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2021-22: Started 21 games and played in 26 while averaging 20.6 mpg, 4.1 ppg, 3.3 rpg, and 1.1 apg ... made 4-of-5 from the floor and tallied 12 points against Northeastern State (Feb. 22) ... grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds against Rogers State (Dec. 18) to go with six points, three assists, and two steals ... earned a place on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020-21: Played in all 24 games and made one start while averaging 20.9 minutes per game ... finished the season averaging 5.4 ppg and 4.0 rpg ... went 5-for-5 from the field against Missouri Western (Feb. 18) and then 6-for-6 at Missouri Southern (Feb. 25) for a personal-best 15 points in both contests ... had a 54.0 field goal percentage ... totaled 96 rebounds with 53 being offensive boards ... made first collegiate start against Lincoln (Jan. 19) and scored 11 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and handed out four assists ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award.

High School: Four-time basketball letterwinner for the Blue Valley North Mustangs … twice named an All-State honorable mention ... was named to the All-Conference first-team her senior year and was a second-team selection as a junior ... received all-conference honorable mention accolades twice … helped the team to a substate championship and fifth place finish at state her sophomore season … also competed in track also a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Heidi Cassaday … has one sister, Kayley, who plays volleyball at Tulsa … her father, Chris, played basketball at Morningside College and mother, Heidi, played volleyball at Bartlesville Wesleyan … majoring in kinesiology.
