In 2023-24: Competed in 14 events as a freshman recording nine top-10 finishes … finished fourth in the 100m and third in the 200m at the Kansas Relays with times of 12.07 and 24.58 respectively … helped set the Washburn 4x100m relay record at the MIAA Championships to earn all-MIAA honors finishing third in a time of 45.83 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
Background: State champion in the 100m, 200m and 400m as a senior and the 100m and 200m as a junior … placed fifth in the 100m at the state meet as a junior and was seventh in the 200m.
Personal: Daughter of John David Harris and Kayla Kucharski … both parents competed in track and field at Emporia State … majoring in business.
