In 2022-23 (cross country): Led the Ichabods in each of the five meets she ran in … finished 31st overall at the MIAA Championships and had her best overall finish placing third at the SBU Invitational in a time of 19:02.28 … (track): the individual champion in the 1500m at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in a time of 4:38.65 and finished second in the same event at the Drake Relays … set the school record in the indoor mile in a time of 4:55.07 winning the individual title … recorded the school record in the indoor 3000m in a time of 9:59.84 at the Washburn Open … a MIAA Scholar Athlete honoree and a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22 (cross country): Earned 16th place with a time of 18:25.7 in the 5K course at the FHSU Tiger Open ... had a career-best time in the 5K at the MSSU Stampede with a 17:56.6 running time, which is the second best individual performance in program history ... ran a career-best 6K time of 21:59.9 at the NCAA Regional, third-best individual performance in program history … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll … (track) finished third in the indoor mile at the 2022 Ichabod Invite in a personal-best time of 5:00.45 and was sixth in the 3000m in a time of 10:06.24 in the Washburn Open … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020-21 (cross country): Earned ninth place with a time of 22:33.6 in the 6K course at the Newman Teams Championships… placed 29th in the 6K course at the DII National Invitational with a running time of 23:39.15 … (track): Became the first Ichabod during the NCAA era to win an event at the Drake Relays when she finished first in the 5000m in a personal best time of 17:24.04 … also had a PR in the 1500m in a time of 4:37.75 at the SBU Invite and finished fourth at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the 5000m … set the school record in the indoor 800 at the Kansas Open in a time of 2:19.46 in a second-place finish … set a a PR in the 3000m at the Ichabod Invite in a time of 10:09.28, the second-fastest time in school history … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2019-20 (cross country): Earned all-MIAA honors after finishing 13th at the MIAA Championships with a career-best time on a 6K course of 22:27.70 … finished 64th at the NCAA Regional and had a 5K best time of 19:01.80 at the MSSU Stampede (track) Set the school record in the indoor 800m in a time of 2:20.30 and had the second-fastest time in the indoor mile at 5:05.55 on the same day at the Pitt State Gorilla Classic … picked up two team points at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the 3000m … outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2018-19 (cross country): Placed 35th at the SBU Invite in a time of 21:14.82 and had her best time on a 5K course at the MSSU Stampede with a time of 18:22.6 … recorded best 6K course time at the NCAA Regional at 24:03.3 … (track): Finished seventh in the 1500m run at the Kansas Relays in a PR time of 4:50.83 in the outdoor season … set the school record in the 800m indoor in a time of 2:23.08 at the Tjeerdsma Classic … had a time of 5:21.35 in the mile for a third-place finish at the Jayhawk Classic during the indoor season … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Finished 18th at the state cross country meet as a senior after taking seventh place at districts … a state qualifier in track in the 4x800m, 800m, 1600m and 4x400m runs … placed third in the 4x400m all as a senior … as a junior, finished fifth in districts as a junior and was a state qualifier in the 800m and 1600m placing second in the 800m and first in the 1600m … as a sophomore she won the 800m at districts qualifying for state in the 4x800 and 800m … finished sixth in the district track meet in the 800 as a freshman.
