In 2019-20: Finished a season-best fourth-place in the weight throw in the indoor season at the Kansas State Open with a mark of 15.57m (51-01.00) which was the second best throw in program history … had four top-10 showings during the season … outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 … a member of the MIAA Academic Excellence listing and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In 2018-19: Had a season-best in the indoor at the Tjeerdsma Classic in the weight throw with a fifth-place finish with a PR mark of 14.18m (46-06.25) … finished sixth in the hammer throw at the West Texas A&M Classic with a PR of 45.61m (149-08)… a member of the MIAA Academic Excellence listing and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In 2017-18: Finished seventh at the Dodds Invitational at K-State in the shot put with a mark of 9.30m (30-06.25) and ninth at the same event in the weight toss at 12.09m (39-08) … had a career-best throw in the weight throw at 12.10m (39-08.50) … in the outdoor season, she placed 17th in the discus at the Laptad Invite 35.49m (116-05) and 18th in the hammer at 35.57m (116-08) … had a personal best in the outdoor shot at the Woodman Classic at Wichita state at 8.85m (29-00.50)… a member of the MIAA Academic Excellence listing and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In 2016-17: Placed a season best 10th at the MSSU Indoor Invitational in the weight toss with a mark of 10.77m (35-04.00) … had personal best weight toss mark of 12.13m (39-09.75) at the MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships … had a career-long throw of 34.52m (113-03) at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the discus and a personal record of 35.75m (117-03) in the hammer throw at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown  … a member of the MIAA Academic Excellence listing and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

Background: Placed fourth in state as a senior in the discus with a throw of 122-2 setting a personal record and finished second at the regional meet … as a junior she placed eighth in the discus at the state track and field meet … a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Dale Baker and Joyce Schmitz … has already graduate with criminal justice degree working on master's degree.
