At Washburn: Has competed in 41 events as an Ichabod … … has the third-best individual performance in the hammer throw and the fifth-best mark in the discus … a seven-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2024-25: Competed in 12 events finishing a season-best fourth at the K-State Haylett Invitational during the outdoor season in the hammer throw … finished ninth at the Kansas Relays in the hammer … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2023-24: Competed in 12 events during the season … had a personal best in the weight throw at the WU Rust Buster with a mark of 13.65m (44-09.50) … recorded a personal best in the hammer throw at the ESU Midwest Classic with a mark of 46.69m (153-02) finishing fourth … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2022-23: Sat out the indoor season … had a personal best in the hammer throw at the FHSU Francis Classic finishing fifth with a throw of 46.35m (152-01) … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2021-22: Competed in 11 events winning the Francis Classic at Fort Hays State in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.69m (146-07) … had her best finish in her first collegiate meet at the Washburn Alumni Invitational with a fourth-place finish in the weight throw … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Finished first in the discus at the regional meet as a senior and was 12th at the state meet … as a sophomore she finished eighth in state and was third in the regional meet.

Personal: Daughter of Tad and Tara Smith … two sisters, Talia and Tessa … majoring in English.
