Heather Schemper

Heather Schemper enters her second season on the coaching staff in the 2026 season after spending the previous two seasons in uniforms. She joined the Ichabods in 2023 before missing the season due to injury. In 2024 she played in 13 matches making two starts and recording 31 kills while hitting .135 and adding 12 blocks. She missed the end of the 2024 season due to injury. 

Schemper is a Phillipsburg, Kan. native and attended Phillipsburg High School. She was a two-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll as a player and is working towards her degree in kinesiology.
