Jill Sikes

Jill Sikes enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Ichabods in 2016.

Sikes played collegiately at Hendrix College in Conway, Ark., for four seasons (2012-15).  She played in 119 matches and had 889 total digs, averaging 2.63 per set for her career.

She won two SAA Conference Championships with her team.  The Warriors qualified for two NCAA Division III Tournaments and reached the Final Four in 2015.  Individually, Sikes was named All-SAA Second Team in 2012.  She also played softball at Hendrix for one season, being named All-Conference in 2013.

Sikes coached club volleyball for two years with the Conway Juniors, working with the 17U Elite team that qualified for the Junior National Olympics in 2015.  Additionally, she coached the 13U team in 2014-15 and was the head coach for the 14U program in 2014 and 2015.

Prior to Hendrix, she was a four-year letterwinner at Brenham High School in Texas as was a two-time Texas State 4A finalist.  She was selected to the All-Greater Houston All-Star Team in 2011.

Sikes graduated from Hendrix College in May 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, minoring in secondary education.
