Enters junior season with a career .417 batting average after one season at Washburn riding a five-game hitting streak.

As a sophomore in 2013
Finished second in the MIAA with a .417 batting average collecting 43 hits with 10 doubles and six home runs while driving in 22 and scoring 24 runs en route to second team all-MIAA honors … recording 11 multi-hit games … batted .491 during MIAA play going 28 of 57 at the plate … drove in three runs in two different games … a member of the MIAA Scholar Athlete squad as well as the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background
A transfer from Ottawa where she played as a freshman appearing in 19 games starting 12 while batting .233 with 10 hits in 43 at bats driving in five runs scoring three times … as a freshman at Osage City, she was part of the league champions in volleyball and basketball and qualified for the state track meet … as a sophomore qualified for state again lettering in three sports … earned second team all-league in softball and honorable mention all-league in basketball as a junior as the Indians finished second in the state tournament in softball … as a senior she was a first team all-league pick in basketball and softball winning state titles in volleyball and softball … a member of the National Honor Society … won four USSSA state titles and had a second-place finish for the Red Hot Chili Peppers
