In 2014: Played in 22 matches with 16 starts … In 71 total sets, had 130 kills (1.83 per set) and 23 blocks (one solo) … dug up 206 attacks for the year, averaging 2.90 per set … Had three double-doubles in kills and digs for the season, Oct. 4 versus Missouri Southern (12 kills, 10 digs), Oct. 24 at Lindenwood (11 kills, 10 digs) and Oct. 25 at Central Missouri (10 kills, 23 digs) … Season-high in kills (15) came against Southern Nazarene on Sept. 12.
 
In 2013: Played in 31 matches with three starts and appeared in 75 total sets as an outside hitter ... averaged 1.60 kills and 1.77 digs a set ... had four double-figure kill matches and two double-figure dig matches ... had a season-high 12 kills on November 5 at Fort Hays State ... that total led the team that match ... hit .579 against Southern Arkansas on November 2 with 11 kills and no errors in 19 attempts ... had a season-high 14 digs on November 12 at Nebraska-Kearney.

In 2012: Sat out the season due to injury … earned medical redshirt.

In 2011: Played in 31 matches with two starts and 63 total sets as an outside hitter ... finished with 94 kills and averaged 1.49 per set ... also had 2.11 digs per set and .033 blocks a set ... had a season-high 11 kills on October 21 in Washburn’s win over No. 7 Central Missouri ... hit .321 that match with two errors in 28 attempts ... had 12 digs that match for her first career double-double and also had a season-high five blocks ... finished the year with four double-figure dig matches ... had a season-high 16 digs on October 15 in Washburn’s win over Nebraska Omaha and also added eight kills.

Background: A 2011 graduate of Atchison County Community High School where she had 600 kills as a senior when she led ACCHS to a 42-4 record and a second place finish in the Class 3A Kansas state tournament ... a two-time first team all-state honoree and a two-time all-state tournament team selection ... she was the Northeast Kansas area high school player of the year as a junior and senior ... a four-time all-conference selection she holds single season school records for kills (600), digs (564) and service aces (122) ... she finished her career with over 1,500 kills, 1,600 digs, 330 blocks and 290 service aces.

Personal: Daughter of Joyce and Kirk Thompson ... majoring in kinesiology ... her mother played basketball and softball at Fort Hays State.
