Washburn University Athletics

Katie Borough joins the Washburn coaching staff for the 2026 season as a student assistant after spending the previous season as a member of the squad. Borough spent one season on the roster, joining for the 2025 season where she appeared in three matches off the bench for the Ichabods. 

Borough is a Auburn, Kan. native, attending Washburn Rural High School. She earned MIAA Academic Honor Roll honors as a student-athlete and is working towards her degree in marketing.
