DeJuan Beard had team highs of 6 catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns in Washburn’s win over Fort Hays State. He averaged 21.8 yards per catch for the Ichabods. He had touchdown receptions of 35 yards and 42 yards. His first catch put Washburn up 16-7 and his second put the Ichabods up 23-14. His catches were his 12^th and 13^th TD receptions of the season and his 746 receiving yards is a new Ichabod sophomore class record. He had four catches for 82 yards and 1 TD in the first quarter alone.
